These will bolt directly in a 01 sierra 1500 How much will it raise the rear? Are these way overkill for towing a 10k gvwr trailer? Thank you.
Yes, these springs will bolt right on to your truck. It will most likely raise the rear end a few inches as you're going from 3 to 6 leaves. As far as being overkill, that really comes down to the tongue weight on the trailer. That spring pack will add about 1,600lbs of additional capacity. We have a 5 leaf option that sits in between them (22-1269) that adds 1,200lbs and might be a better fit.
