This is a leaf spring hanger for the rear end of the rear leaf spring on the above make/models

Some GMT800 trucks have frames with off-set mounting holes for the rear spring hanger.  This will require either slight modification to the frame or hanger to make the holes line up. We also have a hanger with this modification already made available here
