We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Beattie Spring. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that our parts are built to match, and in most cases exceed the OEM specifications. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
We will accept the return of any item(s) that are in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
In addition, please note the following:
- Products must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
- The following products are not eligible for return: Custom Ubolts, WHAT ELSE??
- For returns to check, echeck or cash equivalent transactions over $250, Beattie Spring will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
In the case of a return please contact us by phone at 1 (810) 239 – 9151. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Then you will:
- Attach the provided label OR write your RMA number on the box(es) being returned
*This step is very important. The RMA number is our way of tracking the package and refunding your order
- Ship the package(s) pre-paid to the warehouse address provided during the phone call
- Unless there are unique circumstances, refunds will be given for the price of the product(s) only. Shipping, handling, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the consumer as per agreement upon checkout.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the return is past our 30 day policy.
